Human Resource Generalist
• Tropical Mac EPZ Limited, a macadamia nut processing company in Embu, Kenya, seeks an Human Resource Generalist.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and supporting staff welfare and organizational development.
• Responsibilities include Recruitment and onboarding,Employee relations,Performance management & Policy implementation
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or
related field.
• Higher Diploma in HR or CHRP certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR operations.
• Experience in manufacturing or agribusiness sector is a plus.
